7. Заключение
Результаты исследований говорят о том, что генетические факторы могут быть причастны к
этиологии расстройств приема пищи, но еще большее значение имеют давление общественных норм в
части ориентации на стройность и биоповеденческие факторы, например посты или следование диетам
для похудения. Чтобы не допустить возникновения нарушений пищевого поведения, была разработана
профилактическая программа, информирующая подростков о негативных последствиях
ограничительных диет и ориентирующая их на здоровое питание. Кроме того, кажется целесообразным
помочь детям и подросткам избавиться от влияния нормативных представлений о внешней
привлекательности и сделать их самооценку менее зависимой от массы тела и фигуры.
