социальных навыков и умений (например, Geissner, Gonzales, Rief & Fichter, 1995; Pfingsten & Hintsch,
1991; Ullrich & Ullrich de Muynck, 1976). Поскольку во время болезни у многих пациентов сужается
социальное окружение, прерываются контакты с другими людьми, а также сокращается участие в
коллективных мероприятиях, то тренинг социальной компетентности может содействовать
формированию адекватной системы социальной поддержки.
Как уже упоминалось в разделе об этиологии и анализе условий возникновения соматоформных
и диссоциативных расстройств, в анамнезе конверсионных или диссоциативных расстройств, других
соматизированных синдромов, а также ипохондрии зачастую обнаруживаются травматические
переживания. Целью переработки травматического опыта является, с одной стороны, редукция
интенсивности и частоты угнетающих воспоминаний, а с другой стороны, уменьшение возможных
феноменов генерализации. Для устранения ситуативной генерализации хорошо зарекомендовали себя
методы, напоминающие экспозиционную терапию (Calhoun & Resick, 1993).
